Finally Friday!

...and we are ready for the weekend! Since the majority of last weekend was spent at the hospital, we're thrilled to be at home and spending our time being lazy. I spent most of the day in the car yesterday traveling across New Mexico, so I'm DEFINITELY ready to park it and relax!

Carter seems to have forgotten all about having the "bug" and is back to his smiley self. Today he actually grabbed onto a toy and smiled the biggest grin after he took it from me. I tried to capture a shot of it, but he wasn't havin' any posin' for the camera today... So here's what I managed to get on camera:

Otherwise, another week of beautiful Albuquerque weather has gone by and we're almost into summer! I'll sign off here with a quick photo with a nice representation from Carter as to how we'll be spending the weekend:

    Glad he is feeling better! We went through that just a couple weeks ago with Bowie and Dane. Even I was sick for a day. I actually had to get a stool sample into these gross little tubes. THAT is motherly love.

    Anyway... Glad he is feeling better!

    Oh, I got a new sewing machine (my old one died) and so I can finish his monkey quilt. :)
